The CORE functionality of GENIE is tracking and analyzing your company process and performance data. Our customizable command center gives you a high-level view of company operations and allows you to visualize the data that matters most to you.

This section of our command center allows you to see users working in different regions of your operations. If an office goes offline due to power outages, natural disasters, or local holidays you will be able to see it. Seeing the total number of users active right now and their departments, allows you to track when work is being done in each sector of the business.

Did the recent staff training create a bump in productivity that tapered off two months later, or was the change lasting? The last technology upgrade we implemented made our process more stable, but did that increase efficiency as much as we hoped? We added two new staff members, did task output increase enough to justify the spend?

With every process improvement, technology upgrade, staff training or hire, the questions are the same: Did we increase productivity? GENIE’s Productivity Change module shows productivity month over month. This allows leaders to see changes in output in real-time rather than waiting for the next quarterly report.

These panels are best used together. They allow you to track each functional area of your business across a field of metrics. Perhaps the most important of which is the annual cost.
